CringeGuard Privacy Policy
Your moment.
Your device.
01 / On-device measurement
CringeGuard processes available light, microphone and motion inputs, the time of day and session duration on your device to calculate an entertainment indicator. iPhone estimates ambient brightness using camera exposure information; Android uses a light sensor when available. Audio and image samples are processed transiently in memory, not saved as recordings or photos, and not sent to us or third parties. Measurement stops when the app becomes inactive.
02 / Storage and collection
The app has no account, analytics SDK, advertisements, cloud service or tracking. We do not receive sensor readings. Only language and haptic preferences are stored locally; no measurement history is retained. Remove preferences by deleting the app or clearing Android app data.
03 / Your controls
You can deny or revoke microphone access and, on iPhone, camera access in device settings. The app uses the inputs that remain available. Without any environmental input it does not produce a measurement score or signal.
04 / Purchases and support
Apple and Google process store purchases under their own privacy policies. CringeGuard does not receive or store your payment-card information. If you email us, we use the address and information you provide to respond. You may request deletion of your correspondence; information legally required to be retained may be kept. Do not send recordings, passwords or sensitive personal information.
05 / This website
This website uses no analytics, advertising cookies or contact forms. Its hosting provider processes connection information needed to deliver the pages. The app’s on-device processing is separate from website hosting and email support.
06 / Contact and updates
For privacy questions or deletion requests, email hello@nadograe.com. If our processing changes, we will update this policy and its effective date.
